I’m pleased to offer for sale this gorgeous fine Chinese porcelain famille noir medallion oval jardiniere/cachepot or “foot bath” with the following fine features:

– Main colors are black, white and gold with a myriad of other colors, including pink, maroon, blue and green
– Hand-painted coy fish and floral interior
– Hand-painted peacocks and floral scenic
– Prominent parcel gilt handles and trim
– Flared rim with meander border
– Measures 6″ tall x 18″ wide (including handles) x 11″ deep + 2″ tall custom wood platform base
– Total weight approximately 10.5 pounds
– Maker’s red glazed stamp on bottom, indicative of Chinese exports in the 1970s and 80s
