Very rare and highly collectable, ornately carved, circa 1780 Jacobean revival, Antique Library Bureau What a piece! Hand carved from every single angle, the bureau front has very old English writing all around with a hunting scene in the middle, starting from left to right and finishing at the bottom the desk says “Grace Ye” “May Peace E Plentie Ye” “Boarde” “Chase E Ye Merrie Companie” It is a truly stunning piece of art furniture that wouldn’t look out of place in a museum Condition wise my french polisher has lightly restored it for me being sure to keep all the original wear and patiantion, it looks every bit the 240+ years it should which is to say stunning Dimensions Height:- 104cm Width:- 99cm Depth:- 50cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.
