1920s Pair of Faux Rosewood Upholstered Stools

Pair of square faux rosewood stools with gilded designs on the friezes on all sides, raised on ring-turned legs ending in small pad feet. Very fine upholstery done in boxed pale red border with an arabesque pattern of C-scrolls and acanthus leaves, the yellow top with small red designs and yellow cording and brass nail heads.
