Stunning Chinese 4-panel folding screen depicting a peaceful landscape with red-crowned cranes, river and bamboo trees. Watercolor and gouache on silk. Silk border. Lacquered wood frame with engraved metal corners, showing age patina. Linen and 2 metal hangers on back. Very Good condition – some age wear overall, not very visible stain on 3rd panel (image #6), some age wear on hinges, sturdy. China or Hong Kong, circa 1970s.
