Stunning set of eight Vienna Secession Model 715F armchairs. Design by Gustav Siegel for Jacob & Josef Kohn. Striking Austrian design from the 1900s. Lacquered solid beech bentwood frames with legs ending in brass sabots. The Backhausen fabric is around 20 years old and we recommend new upholstery! Marked with original manufacturers paper labels and stamped. This wonderful set of eight Vienna Secession Model 715F armchairs by Gustav Siegel for Jacob & Josef Kohn is in good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. These chairs were designed by Gustav Siegel for the Paris World Exhibition in 1900.
