Mid-Century Italian Coffee Table Attributed to Ico Parisi (1950s). A mostly reddish, rectangular marble top sits upon a very stylish base consisting of Parisi’s iconic wooden legs and brass feet. The legs are constructed using softwoods often cut into boomerang-like shapes. These two double V-shaped elements are joined together by a central strut. The supports are positioned in such a way that the lower arms bear the weight of the table on the floor, while the upper arms support the four corners of the table top. In good overall condition with some minor blemishing on the wooden legs and brass feet commensurate with age. Please enjoy the many photos accompanying this listing.
