Vintage Design
Another lovely example of the arts and crafts period from liberty london. These side tables who were meant to be tables for wine or lamps and are often described as plant stands ( for which they can easily be used of course ). They were made in Japan and then disassembled for easy transportation ( hence the numbers on the back of certain parts, please see pic ) they were then assembled together by the English when they reached the harbor. We’ve added an extract from their old catalogue for provenance. This table is in good condition considering it’s age, with no real flaws or defects although it does show its age ( which is over 100 years ).
